How we support our customers:
  1. We are a team! We only sell through distributors, never directly to contractors. Our customers are an extension of our sales force; therefore, we are committed to supporting them in every way possible.

  2. At AAF a customer service representative will always be available to assist you with any questions regarding pricing, lead-times, and technical information etc. If we cannot answer  your question we will research the issue and follow up with you as soon as we have an answer for you.

  3. We know time is critical, therefore; our goal is to respond to most quote request within two hours, never later than the next business morning. All quote request must be sent via fax and/or e-mail.
  4. We pride ourselves on quality, however; problems do inevitably arise on occasion. When they do, we will respond as quickly as possible and make every effort to resolve the problem as thoroughly and painlessly as possible.
