How to figure rough openings?

     A. Door Frames
        1. Add 3/4. to the door height
        2. Add 1-1/2. to the door width

     B. Window Frames
        1. Add 1-1/2. to the inside frame dimension in both the width and height

     C. Door Frame / Sidelite
        1. Add 1-1/2. to the sum of the door frame width, include the inside sidelite width
            and include the door frame mullion width (2" or 1-1/2").
        2. Add 3/4. to the door height
        3. If the sidelite is off the floor, figure rough opening height the same way as for a
            window frame (full bound).
